Giving Tuesday 2024 – Ways You Can Support The Center
The Center is Now an Independent Non-Profit
The biggest change for the Center behind the scenes this year has been that we formalized our own Non-Profit status. While this gives us greater flexibility in our operations, it also means we are on the hook for generating our own fundraising efforts. This is where you, our Hebraic Thought Community, can help!
“Like” and Share
The easiest, free way you can support us is to “Like” and share our content on your preferred social media platform. This does two, really great things:
- When you “Like” and share, it spreads the influence of Hebraic Thought to a wider audience
- When you “Like” and share, it connects us with more people who might be inclined to support our work monetarily
One-Time Gifts
Donations of any size, large or small, are a tremendous blessing to us and go a long way to supporting the work of the Center. At a cultural moment where budgets are tight for a lot of people, we have wanted to make a way for our Community members to give what they can, and for that gift to make a big difference. If you are inclined to make a one-time gift, you can do so here:
Recurring Gifts
Planned monthly gifts are the life-blood of any non-profit. They provide a smooth and predictable cash flow we can use to set responsible budgets. Our operating budget for the coming year will provide over 50 podcast episodes, over 50 articles, and the first year of a PhD scholarship. Our goal for this year is to bring on board 1000 recurring gift givers of $20/mo. This is an ambitious goal! But if successful, we will have fully funded the Center’s operations next year and every year thereafter.
In support of this lofty goal, I am excited to announce the creation of our Donor Book Series! Not only do recurring gift givers get to support the Center for the cost of a streaming service, we are also going to release an exclusive book every year as a huge “Thank You” from us. Packed with the best scholarship on Hebraic Thought around a specific topic, each year’s release will be sent directly to our recurring gift givers. As always, we are so thankful to you, our Hebraic Thought Community. Blessings to you all this coming year!
