Delvyn Case is a composer, conductor, scholar, performer, concert producer, and educator based in Boston. He is Associate Professor of Music at Wheaton College, Massachusetts, Founder of Deus Ex Musica, and Music Director of The Great Woods Symphony Orchestra. Though his formal training is in the Western classical tradition, he composes, studies, performs, and write about all kinds of music. He is passionate about the power of musical study to contribute to a well-rounded liberal arts education, and about the way the skills gained in a liberal arts education form his students into better musicians.
